Devita is a Junior Associate whose practice focuses on Corporate Law, Contract Law, Land Law, Bankruptcy & Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Legal Compliance. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) and subsequently earned a Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn.) through the Fast Track Program, both from Universitas Airlangga.
In her practice, Devita has experience advising both domestic and international clients, particularly in legal review, contract drafting, legal opinion preparation, legal due diligence, negotiations, and the drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements. She has been involved in reviewing and preparing corporate agreements, business transactions, procurement and supply arrangements, commercial partnerships, and providing legal advice with a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Beyond her legal practice, Devita actively participates in professional and organizational activities. She previously served as Director of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Airlangga, where she led an organization of more than 500 members and coordinated various organizational programs. She has also served as a speaker at various national forums and is a recipient of the Bank Indonesia Excellence Scholarship (Beasiswa Unggulan Bank Indonesia).
