MS Center for Law in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya held a Webinar with the theme "Corporations and Business Crime in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era". In the webinar, Dr. Martin Suryana, S.H., M.Hum., Founder of MS Center for Law delivered material entitled "Legal Gap in Corporate Crime & Anticipation Towards the New Normal Era: Making Peace with Covid-19, Fighting Against Crime (Corporation)".

Broadly speaking, he explained the main idea that differences in determining the status of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia resulted in policy inconsistencies that led to legal loopholes, especially in corporate crimes. The legal loophole in question is the potential for corporate crime by utilizing the clauses of force majeure, relaxation / restructuring, liquidation and pkpu / bankruptcy.
